Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website music.shobhit.net and the Tribal Rhythms Uploader, a private tool the Tribal Rhythms channel owner uses to publish their own videos on YouTube. Both are run by Tribal Rhythms (contact: [email protected]).
This website
The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms or accounts. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Links to YouTube take you to YouTube, where Google's own privacy policy applies.
Tribal Rhythms Uploader and Google user data
The Tribal Rhythms Uploader uses the YouTube API Services. It is used only by the owner of the Tribal Rhythms YouTube channel, for that channel. It is not offered to the public.
When the channel owner signs in with Google and grants access, the Uploader may use:
- YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl): to upload the owner's videos to their own channel, set titles, descriptions, tags, privacy and publish times, add thumbnails and read the channel's own video details.
- Google Drive, read-only (drive.readonly): to read the owner's own finished video and thumbnail files so they can be uploaded to YouTube.
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Data is used only to provide the upload features above. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by the Uploader. Video files are processed in transit and are not kept after the upload finishes.
The Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using the Uploader you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, stored tokens stop working and are deleted. To ask for deletion of any data we hold, email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.
Children
This website and the Uploader are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
